My hosting service pulled the plug on my WP/BP site because they can’t handle the overload from the search function. I don’t know for sure if spammers were abusing it somehow? They’re saying they want a captcha installed to the search function. Is there anything like that? I’d look in the plugins, but it’s all offline and I can’t access anything.
P.S. I purchased new hosting services tonight and will be moving, but I need to get the site back online in order to move out.
