BuddyPress

I have no idea what I’m doing….I want to integrate bbpress with buddypress via an internal install. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good tutorials online because so far nothing has been very helpful that I have found. I figured this would be an ubiquitous question, but I can’t find anything…. can someone please help…. Also is this posted in the right place?(if not please move it)

@firetag – so you want to use BuddyPress’ built-in version of bbPress or do you want to install your own, external version of bbPress?

an external version but I would like to integrate it into the buddypress template if its possible……I just need to get it installed first though

Okay, that is possible, but you’ll have to theme your external bbPress install to match BuddyPress.

@arturo84 has created a bbPress theme that matches the default BP theme – http://bbpress.org/forums/topic/buddypress-default-theme-for-bbpress-1 – so you might want to check that out.
