wp_options is a database table.

I couldn’t recreate this at the time, I believe. Are you viewing the email on a windows or a mac? (no idea if it would make a difference but I don’t have many ideas)

It’s not going to be addressed for some time. It will require a lot of effort to re-work this particular issue.

Just to let everyone know I am aware but haven’t looked at this yet.

did ”bp_album_picture” work? When i change it to that via Chrome Dev tools it seems to work… and it works on my sites, so it should work…
