It looks like this error is coming from BP Moderation. You may want to ask the author of that plugin @francescolaffi about it.

Go to Dashboard > BuddyPress > Pages, and select the newly created pages from the relevant dropdowns (Groups for groups, Members for members, etc).

Try toggling forums in a given group. Uncheck ”enable forum” and save, then recheck. If that works, it narrows down the issue.
Also, is it happening with new groups as well as existing ones?
