It looks like this error is coming from BP Moderation. You may want to ask the author of that plugin @francescolaffi about it.

  @dwenaus most of my time is going to studies as I’m graduating in few months so but that would not make *me* work faster.

- text “mark as spammer” is in .po, but translation is not displayed in admin bar.

Edit: sorry, as I understand, text re spammer in admin bar is not from plugin.

Oh, I integrated BP Moderation with an events plugin I just released for BP 1.2.6/1.2.5.2 and a scuba logbook plugin I wrote for http://scubavagabonds.com, which runs on BP 1.3-bleeding. Works perfectly for both versions as far as I can tell.

I had short tags disabled on my local machine, so I had to change that. Only reason I noticed
