After installing, activating and using disqus comment system my comments are not updating the activity stream. I tried to disable the plugin and post comment with the native comment system but it also doesn’t work. What should I do?

After installation my control panel turns to blank so I can’t access the wordpress panel. I tried to upload the plugin and then activate it through the admin panel and installing/activating it by finding the plugin in the admin panel. I’m not sure what goes wrong.
