@govpatel Yes that was the first thing I checked. It seems that anything using Jquery 1.3.2.min.js is being blocked for some reason. I would assume that is what is blocking admin bar.

You’re 4 months out of date. Download the latest nightly build of the plugin from our Google Code site:

There is no option to force users to enter an image description. Adding an option like that would make it impossible for users to bulk-upload images.
