Para activar el registro, solo debes activarlo en WordPress. Dependiendo si es una instalación simple o Multisite, el sitio de activación estará en un sitio u otro.

bbPress viene con BuddyPress.
Debes ir al apartado en la administracion de WordPress donde está buddypress e ir a foros. Ahí sigue el Wizard que hay. Cuando acabes, ya tendrás instalado bbPress.
