When BuddyPress is activated on the subsite on WordPress multisite, WordPress registration form is still active, which can be accessed via non_bp_root_blog/wp-signup.php. I’m using WP 3.2.1 with BP 1.2.9 and BP 1.5 (trunk).

In your case I think it’s impossible. As I know, you can only make multiple wordpress installation with single login only if you are using a single database.
