active 1 month, 2 weeks agoI'm not a developer, not a coder, neither a designer. But programming languages are basically in English, so it shouldn't be difficult to understand the functions. I've tried many OSS tools, Xoops, Drupal, Mahalo, Elgg, MT, etc... but I'm in love with WordPress. Now developing blog powerd social networking sites in Japanese and English, which is coming later. Tools I use: - Notepad++ - GIMP - Filezilla and you are done!
