Anyone have any thoughts on this? It’s actually a pretty serious problem. Maybe even a bug.

Is it possible for an admin to email all members of the the buddypress site? This would be a useful feature for site administration. Doing it group by group would be tedious and end up sending duplicates to people.

I have new buddypress site up and running. A hidden group’s activity is shown in the activity stream to everyone in the world. Fortunately you can’t view the details, but it seems like this activity should truly be hidden.

Anything under Lab Admin should not be visible

I reproduced the problem and found a solution. bbforum is not creating its tables or entries after using the one-click install on Dreamhost. Dreamhost’s one-click install yields a unique wp-config.php file with several differences that might be the problem. bb-config.php settings were fine. Thanks for your input Boone. I figured that it would be a beast to maintain MediaWikis integration.

I’m intrigued by your buddypress-docs. Do you have a post on it anywhere? Will this be a replacement for BuddyPress Group Documents?

hey folks, any advice on which wiki plugin I should choose for buddypress? @boonebgorges it looks like you’re using mediawiki for cuny commons. Have you been happy with the decision to use that instead of a plugin?

hey Colage, did you have any luck resolving this issue?

To clarify, do these plugins work as expected when used with just wordpress, but not when integrated with buddypress?

BuddyPress.org
