Best solution would be:
No progress if Quiz not passed, Student can take the quiz again.
Progress if Quiz passed. Student cant take the quiz again. -

Just found a workaround…
If I instead of using the pop-up calendar (which inserts dates as 2012-01-10 14:00:00), manually write in the date boxes eg. 2012-01-14 02:00 pm, it works!
Must be a time problem […]
