I’ve created http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/buddypress/dev/fa/default on GlotPess. I can add you as a validator, so that you may upload any existing .po’s there, is that ok?

The .POT file is in the /bp-languages directory in the repository, so that the file for 1.2.1 is here, for example:
