@DJPaul Hi Paul,
I posted to my own thread, but nothing got bumped. The only way I can find my post is to click on my login name link.
P.S. Do you understand my problem? What would you try that I haven’t? Does the buddypress plugin require php memory high than 64m?
Thanks,

Still looking for solutions to my problem of not being able to login to my dashboard.
Buddypress will not fully activate. Once I select “Natword Active,” I just keep waiting and waiting….
When I try to view my site it appears (and works for Registered users), but no new users can Register.
All other plugins have been deleted.

I contacted my web host (Hostgator.com), and they said my PHP memory limit is 64M They also confirmed from the error logs that I’m hitting the memory limit – so this may be the source of the problem. If this is the case, It’ll cost me an extra $240.00 a year to host a buddypress […]

Hi Ray,
Thanks for the advice – but I’ve tried reinstalling Buddypress about 10 times.
Buddypress is just not installing properly, as new registrants are not able to sign-up
This is so frustrating because I have 10,000 members on this site – and growing (but not now)

Hi Paul, Your suggestion lets me login, but when I am in the dashboard, I get the same message about Buddypress being deactivated due to missing file. When I try to Network Active, there is a “too long” delay, then I see this link in the address bar: “http://networkingpeople.biz/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1” I…[Read more]

Get a blank screen when trying to login to admin. Although the site works fine. My Web Host (Hostgator) has looked into things and says it’s not a problem on their part.
