Update to this. I was testing a few things I found (they didn’t work). But I did find that this error isn’t happening on FireFox. Chrome and Safari yes.

Sorry for not being clear. I do see the image that I uploaded. But the cropper doesn’t work. If I take the cropper and select a part of the image the actual avatar isn’t the part I selected. Its totally fine for me as I can create my avatar to be whatever I want. But some of my users aren’t going to be happy with that.
Yeah, I tried this too. I need the twitter feed to be sent as soon as the post has been created. Its not something that the user actually types out a message. Its weird and hard to explain. But I am basically looking for:
I create a post and that post is submitted to my twitter feed. My friend “jeff” writes a post and that post is submitted to his twitter feed. I am thinking that this isn’t possible. Or just not yet.

I am looking for something that when a user creates a post it will tweet to there “personal” Twitter account. Not a “site” account.
