Activity page not showing #post numbers in forums replies

    on this page and all other activity through buddypress (like mentions favorites etc etc) it says in forums replies
    “USER replied to the topic TOPIC-NAME in the forum FORUM-NAME”

    The TOPIC-NAME link needs to point to the actual post in the topic not to just the topic leaving the users to search through the topic to find the post. Is there a way to include in the link the post number like #2525 so it loads the actual reply instead of just the topic?
