Add additional menu items

Hi,
I want to ad some additional menu items to the user profile in the left sidebar:

Anyone can help me and let me know how i can do this???

From my WP backend>>menu i can ad profile extra links but then i have all main menu items on my profile page and i only want to put some additional items.

I use WP 3.6.1 and BP 1.8.1
