After URL Rewrite for BP Images will not load

I installed the buddy press plugin and then configured the site permalinks and the web.config file using this guide here:

URL rewrite works for pages, but images now do not load.
Unfortunately the website is not publicly accessible w/ out some entries to your hostfile at the moment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. WP 3.9.1 on IIS7 on Server 2008 R2
