All new users automatically friends of the admin

I made a platform for online market research for an italian company with buddypress.
They don’t want to have the user registration open cause they register the invited users for the research and the welcome pack doesn’t send the invitation to became friends of the admin.
I’d like to know how to make all registred users friends of the admin.
