avatar problems

    I upload an image for an avatar and it is not visible to crop. When I click on crop it use to give me an error that said it couldn’t be cropped but now it says that my avatar is uploaded but still is not visible. Can anyone help please. The files are being uploaded because I can view them using ftp.
