Avatars not loading on user blogs in BP 1.2.4 &WP 3.0 RC3

Ok guys, maybe this has been brought up before, but I couldn’t find it or a fix. I’m currently experiencing an issue where the avatars the users upload are only being displayed on the main blog. If I or any users go to comment on others users blogs our Buddypress uploaded avatars do not show, it shows the default “mystery-man.jpg” image. Is this an on going issue? Is there a fix?
I am running WP 3.0 RC3 and Buddypress 1.2.4 on Debian with Apache, PHP5, and APC installed. Any help and assistance here would be very much appreciated, thanks!
