base WordPress install become a blog in buddypress after creating a network

So As my problem about blog disappearing I read somewhere here that in WP 3.0 we should create a network for the blog to appear. and yes it did. but one problem I face. The base wordpress which my blog prior to installing the buddypress become one of the blogs of buddypress. I mean it was added to the blog directory of Buddypress i installed.

How can I remove my base wordpress installed into the blog directory?

I did this and my base wordpress installed blog added to the blog directory and become a blog by everyone who have registered. How can I remove the main site in the directory and how can I not make this as everyones blog
