Blogs disabled, where’s the dashboard?

I renamed/removed the bp-blogs plugin as well as only allowing usernames in the MU setup.

How do I get to the dashboard as the admin?

Do you mean the BP activity dashboard or the WPMU admin section? For the dashboard you can click the Home link wherever you see it, or the BuddyPress logo in the top left. For the WPMU admin section what I do is type yourURL.com/wp-admin into the browser address bar.

http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/ and login as the site-admin whatever account that is. Is that what you mean?
