buddpress groups root profile, events manager rate, registration activation

    hi,
    i have three question about WP.

    I installed now

    WP 3.4.2
    BuddyPress 1.6.1
    Events Manager 5.2.9
    BP Group Hierarchy 1.3.5

    1) Put BuddyPress Groups in the Root
    change url.com/groups/group_name to url.com/group_name

    2) I used events manager plugin.
    user can rate events between 1-5
    According to the submitted votes to give the user points
    If user give 1 point, get 1 point etc.

    3)I want to add extra registration security, after user click the registration link which sended to his mail, system ask one more question; birth day again.

    re-enter your date of birth to verify that e-mail send to the member
