    @karmatosed

    Just to confirm, do you mean it’s not showing the group avatar?

    @Karmatosed, not group avatar but site favicon.

    The funny thing is, if I set a non www domain, favicon shows again. I’m not sure this is a BuddyPress issue.

    If you have access to your servers file manager make sure the favicon.ico is in your themes folder, in you child themes folder, and at the site public root. It doesn’t hurt anything to have a copy of it in all of these directories.

    I see no possible way that BuddyPress would affect the favicon showing the favicon or not.

    @shawn38, it wasn’t at theme’s folder but in child theme and site public root.

    As recomended at WordPress Codex it goes to the current theme’s folder which is the child theme.

    Added also the snippet of code at header.php for older browsers to be able of display it.

    Just added to default theme folder and he same result nothing changes.

    @Paul Gibbs, I saw it vanish while setting Buddypress, the reason why I had the impulse to come here and say “BuddyPress doesn’t show Favicon”.

    After find out that it shows without www and don’t with www, I’m more into some server issue or .htaccess misconfiguration.

    Ah, that sounds strange. Let us know what you figure out, just in case we did break it somehow.
