BuddyPress.org

My first install of BuddyPress. I’ve run into a problem of all BuddyPress functionality in that it doesn’t append to the web URL properly and hence doesn’t open any of the BuddyPress features such as Members, groups etc.

If I press ‘Activity’ in the menu-bar, I am taken to ‘http://siteURL/activity/’ but to display correctly I need to type in http://siteURL/index.php/activity/

I am assuming it is a setting I need to change, but not sure which one….. thanks
