Cannot Accept or Reject Friend Requests

    Hello, I have a site that is running WPMU 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.3. Friend requests don’t work from the /requests page. When clicking on accept or reject, I get the error: Friendship could not be accepted. My error logs say this:
