Can’t install Forums for Groups even though I’m a super admin

I’m trying to install Forums for Groups but when I hit the “Install Group Forums” button I get the error “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”.

I’m a Super Admin, I should be able to access any page.

Any ideas? Thanks
