clean up buddypress database

i installed bbpress and for having powerful profile control for users and many other reasons i installed it beside buddypress. after that i created a lot of unwanted questions and replies(for testing my forum) in bbpress and i wanted to remove them without buddy and bbpress fresh instalation! how can i do this? how can i clean up my buddypress and bbpress database?
