Error while creating group and posting a topic

    I am using wordpress mu 2.8.1 and buddypress 1.0.2 versions.

    When I try to create a new topic in the group I get following error

    Warning: parse_url() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\class-IXR.php on line 509

    Kindly help me how do I fix this error.

    Also whn i create any new group I get following error message
