A little help for you:

using IE, you will not see the “buttons”, for example: add fried, leave friend, visit blog. I’m talking bout the buddypress home theme and not the members theme.

here you will not see it with IE: http://testbp.org/blogs

How to fix it: open the ie7.css and the ie6.css (they are in the css folder in the buddypress home theme) and remove this:

.action {

display:none;

}
