I’m trying to get my buddypress site up.

I used a theme.

I’m running buddypress 1.7

I installed buddypress and then installed bbpress. Now when i create a group, and look at the groups in the group page, the link off the the group page for each group ends in /forum which is an incorrect link.

I’ve uninstalled and installed both buddypress and bbpress a bazillion times and it only seems to mess up more stuff. I deleted the bp tables in the database. Tt didn’t rebuild them when I reinstalled so I had to import them from another db I had.

Ah! Why is it appending “/forum”?

Here’s what it’s doing:

when it should be
http://sozocial.com/social/groups-2/test

I found that the theme author hard coded the URL… I guess that doesn’t work with the new buddypress code

argh!
