Functionality for members to add images from main site to their BP album?

Hi,
I’d really like my users to be able to ‘grab’ images from the main site and add them to their personal photo album in their buddypress profile.
For example, If I create a post with images of dresses I’d like members to be able to select the image (image would have an icon or something to let them know they can add it to their profile) and add it to their personal album in their profile without leaving the current page.

Is this possible? Is there existing functionality for this or would I be able to have this developed by someone?
