Help with enabling Member Blogs?

Hi, I am trying to enable the members of my site to blog freely. I have multisite installed, but I think I messed up somewhere.
My site is http://bgbureau.com. I want my users to be able to blog on my.bgbureau.com/username. How would I go about doing this, exactly? Right now, whenever someone creates a “Site” it just makes it username.bgbureau.com, and each site created doesn’t work.
Can someone help me with indepth instructions on how to allow user blogs on the site? Thanks!
