How to add pagination to the blogs listing page?

On the normal buddypress page that lists blogs, I am curious how I set the number of blogs to show before pagination shows up.
so far I only have 14 blogs in the list, but it’s going to grow and grow fast.
Is there an easy way to limit the display to like 10 blogs, and then have the ‘load more’ button like the activity stream has? Or just plain n simple blog page navigation?
