How to get profile edit and change avatar screens to function as their own full page templates?

What I had been doing I’m finding isn’t the best approach. I’ve been using conditional to stop the member header, sidebar and other elements from loading on these pages. now because of styling conflicts this is way too much to manage.
Is there a way to make these to units function as their own screen like plugin screen where I can edit the elements without affecting the /members/single/home.php.
