Live Chat plugin

    I’m looking for a live chat plugin that is easy to use and set up, looks sharp, allows for blocking of trolls, and lets me download transcripts in a good format for later posting. I host a site that does topical moderated chats and need all these features at least.

    Can anyone recommend a live chat plugin for me?
