Photos & Plugins not Uploading

I am having the same issue as Debra in her recent update:
“Has anyone found an issue uploading images to WP 3.2.1 and BP 1.5? I tried updating my site and found that I lost all image capability when I installed BP1.5. onto WP 3.2.1.”
Additionally, I am not able to upload new plugins via the dashboard. I receive the following error:
“The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/home/insolent/domains/DOMAINNAME.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/11”
I was having an issue deleting pics. I had created a page for the activity stream and named it “Activity Stream”. When I renamed the page to ‘Activity’, it resolved the delete issue and created the upload issue. Any ideas or suggestions?
