problems with dynamic_sidebar widgets

    anyone have any issues with dynamic sidebar conflicts? every so often after a new blog is added.. the left and center column front page widgets disappear..

    i’ve also lost the ability to add the who’s online widget in the admin.. where are the db tables that i can delete to reset this?
