REQUEST: Able to limit who can only create groups

Hi, I see topics about this one but no request. Therefore, I would like to request that only admins or admins and moderators can only create groups not everyone for obvious reasons.

I’m guessing that the best place for this kind of feedback is https://trac.buddypress.org/

Use your buddypress.org login, click “new ticket” and select “enhancement” as the Ticket Type.

With this code, only site admins can create groups.
