Self-hosting with “Media Component with KalturaCE Support”

Hi. I’ve looked around for documentation, and I’ve looked through all the options on this plugin, but I can’t find my solution.
It says in the description of this plugin that I can self-host video, image, and audio content. Does anyone know HOW I can do this?
