Settings not Displaying for users

I am using the latest wordpress and buddy press over at http://www.bridleinfocus.com
This is a membership site using s2member for the back end member management.
Recently, users haven’t been able to access their ‘settings’ page. Even me as the admin doesn’t get the settings page. Why would it return blank?
