Why there are two css style sheets for admin_bar
admin-bar.css and
admin-bar.min.css

what’s the difference between them….

.min refers to a minimized version of the same file. It’s isually smaller in size and loads faster

and what is rtl stands for ‘right to left’
and where that style sheets are used

rtl is for languages the you read rtl.
