wordpress to buddypress user profile sync help

Hello, I just installed buddypress but one option I didn’t find out. That is I want to import all profile fields with previously stored users profile information from Default wordpress (wp-admin/profile.php) profile page to buddypress profile.
How can I do this?
I am using Latest WordPress and buddypress
