    @gian-ava

    I get an error message whne a member tries to change the email in settings > general

    Is this happening to me only?

    The site is http://cureuphoria.com/activity

    This is the message:

    Warning: require_once(wp-includes/registration.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in (path)//html/site/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-settings.php on line 41

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘wp-includes/registration.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php-5.2.6-1/share/pear’) in (path)/html/site/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-settings.php on line 41

    Is this fixable?

    Gian,

    Do you have a diff slug set for registration?

    I am a massive Cure fan btw. Love the name of your site. I’ll never forget seeing them, pave fainted like Robert Smith, in Leipzig (What was then) East Germany right after the wall came down in 1989.

    ps On your site, after activation, there is no login form present. Also, you aren’t clearing your username/pw placeholder text so I have to select all and clear myself when entering the login info

    well, try changing

    WPINC . '/registration.php'

    to

    ABSPATH . WPINC . '/registration.php'

    In bp-core-settings.php line 41. that should solve it .

    If that fixes it, we need to submit this as a bug report on https://trac.buddypress.org/

    @Matt Thanks, I appreciate the suggestions.

    About the clearing of the fields it’s somethng I planned to do, but didn’t think about the registration login form after the activation of an account.

    Otherwise, I’m glad you’re a Cure fan! It’s cool you registered to the site.

    Ok, the above code from Brajesh Singh, worked fine. Thanks a lot Brajesh!

    DJPaul, I created a ticket for the fix: https://trac.buddypress.org/ticket/2285
