Help undeleting/restoring my website/main blog

    It all happened so quickly, it was an accident. Somehow deleted my main blog, and now I get the error message “This user has elected to delete their account and the content is no longer available.”

    Is there any hope for me restoring this? I am restoring from a database backup right now, and I have all files, I am just hoping I can salvage my Admin account and everything else. Any other advice?

    Hi psyber. I had the same problem. I just deleted one of the user, not even admin. And the next thing is that my entire site is gone without any warning. Could you please tell me how you restored it? Hope I didn’t lose anything…

    I restored the database from a backup and everything came back.

    Hi psyber. Sorry if I ask you a dumb question, but were you able to access WP admin page? Is it where you restored the database? My problem is that the domain name doesn’t seem to work at all. So I can’t even access to the admin page. If you don’t mind could you tell me how to restore database through phpMyAdmin? Thanks for your help.

    Hi again. I found the solution. I went to phpMyAdimin and set the blog’s field “deleted” to 0. (it was 1.) Everything is back now. Apparently, it is a common problem. Never delete blogs or users!
