Accept new member to a private group BIG problem !!!

    1.2.4.1 / 2.9.2 NOT MU default theme
    When I accept a new member to a private group the activity feed for the group says I am the new member NOT the person who requested to join..

    This is a BIG bug…

    Help please….

    I know this worked fine before updating from 1.2.3
