BuddyPress.org

I want to create a social networking platform for my community like Facebook but with some added features (and a much smaller community). The one thing I can’t find is how to add in user privacy (which is a must). We would like to have a buddy/friend list where only users on that buddy/friend list can see anything for that particular user, like what facebook does. Is there a plugin or way I can do that?
