Change ‘Members’ Link and Name

Hi,
On this community website: http://cornhill.org/cornhillbeta/, I would like to change ‘Members’ to Neighbors. I’m using the latest version of WP and the bp-community theme.
How do I go about changing that word everywhere so it works?

@boonebgorges, @mercime, @hnla – the Documentation tab needs to be much more prominent, to save us having to keep typing this URL (and the child theme one) in forum threads

@ellaj – de nada. That’s some nice theming you’ve got going on there. The site has a few dead links at the bottom, I assume that’s just in the beta.
