Friend requests not working

I am having some issues with the Friends feature of this plugin. No user has been able to add friends yet. When the user receive the new Friendship notification email, there is a link to view all pending requests, but this link (/members/<>/friends/requests/) just redirects to /members/<>/.
Is their anyway to fix this? My site address is http://www.thetennisbulletin.com.
